Jonathan Simcosky is an editor and writer exploring ideas related to food, faith and craft. Originally from Kansas City, Mo., he moved to Salem, Mass. from Brooklyn nearly a decade ago with occasional detours through Siberia and El Camino de Santiago. He’s worked in a Polish kitchen, on a biodynamic farm, and was a founding editor of Art*Throb, the North Shore’s arts and culture magazine. In his leisure, he enjoys cultivating social practice and practicing eating rituals, all in pursuit of developing a new idea everyday.
